Griffin and Sabine

Nick Bantock

When a mysterious postcard arrives at the studio of Griffin Moss, a solitary London artist, his carefully ordered world begins to unravel. The sender is Sabine, an exotic woman living on a distant tropical island who seems impossibly able to see into Griffin's paintings despite their never having met. As their correspondence unfolds through a series of beautifully illustrated postcards and letters—which readers can actually extract from envelopes within the pages—the boundary between connection and delusion grows increasingly blurred. Is Sabine a long-lost twin, a clairvoyant, or something far more mysterious? This groundbreaking visual novel combines an enchanting, enigmatic narrative with stunning artwork and an innovative format that transforms reading into an intimate, tactile experience.
