Gut gegen Nordwind

Daniel Glattauer

In a world saturated by the mundane, can the digital realm offer a sanctuary for unspoken desires? This novel explores that very question when a series of mistaken emails ignites an unexpected connection between Emmi and Leo. What begins as a polite exchange quickly blossoms into a profound emotional intimacy, as they find themselves drawn to each other through the written word. Yet, as their feelings deepen, the prospect of a real-world meeting looms, complicated by Emmi's marriage and Leo's past heartbreak. This poignant story delves into the nature of modern romance, questioning whether the intense emotions forged online can truly withstand the complexities of face-to-face reality.
