Oz Vessalius, heir to one of the four great ducal families, finds his life irrevocably changed when he is cast into the Abyss, a prison outside of time and space, during his coming-of-age ceremony. There, he encounters Alice, a mysterious Chain known as the Bloodstained Black Rabbit, and forms a contract with her to escape his grim fate. This pact, however, plunges him into a complex web of conspiracies and forgotten histories, forcing him to confront the true nature of his world and the devastating power he wields.
