Guy Kawasaki is an American marketing specialist, author, and venture capitalist in Silicon Valley. One of the Apple employees who marketed the Macintosh in 1984, Kawasaki popularized the word evangelist in that work. Books by Kawasaki include The Macintosh Way, The Art of the Start, and Rules for Revolutionaries, a guide for founders who want to challenge established thinking. From 2015 to 2016 Kawasaki sat on the board of trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation.
