Description
In this intricate novel, a writer named Renzi embarks on a quest to find his vanished uncle, a figure shrouded in conflicting family lore and a mysterious past. His investigation unravels a complex narrative centered on Enrique Ossorio, a man who served as secretary to a nineteenth-century Argentinian. Blurring the lines between detective fiction and literary exploration, the story delves into the hidden forces and historical currents that shape individual lives and collective memory. This prize-winning work masterfully weaves together mystery, history, and the nature of truth itself.
