Soulless

Fantasy Historical Fiction Urban Fantasy Romance

Description

In a Victorian London brimming with vampires, werewolves, and dirigibles, Alexia Tarabotti navigates a world where her lack of a soul makes her an anomaly. When a rogue vampire attacks her, Alexia discovers her unique condition allows her to nullify supernatural abilities, leading to an accidental, and rather messy, demise of her attacker. This event draws the attention of the formidable Lord Maccon, a werewolf tasked by Queen Victoria to investigate the escalating supernatural disturbances plaguing the city. As Alexia finds herself at the center of a conspiracy, she must unravel the truth behind the disappearances and attacks, all while managing the social absurdities of her soulless existence and the attentions of a certain handsome werewolf.
