Description
Detective Superintendent Roy Grace faces a chilling case when a former Brighton girl, now a famous movie star, returns and becomes the target of an obsessed fan. As Gaia Lafayette flees an assassination attempt in Los Angeles, a gruesome discovery in Brighton—an unidentifiable headless torso—unearths a sinister connection. Grace must unravel a complex web of obsession and violence before the past catches up with Gaia and claims another victim. This gripping installment in the bestselling Roy Grace series masterfully explores the dark side of fame and the terrifying consequences of unrequited desire.
