Description
After a tense Easter dinner, wealthy couple Fred and Sheila Merton are found brutally murdered in their upscale New York home. Their three adult children, shaped by years of resentment and neglect, appear devastated—but each also stands to inherit a fortune. As suspicion turns from one sibling to the next, buried grievances, shifting alibis, and carefully guarded secrets begin to surface. A chilling domestic thriller, the novel explores family dysfunction, greed, and how well anyone can truly know the people closest to them.
