A Roman soldier named Marcellus wins Christ's robe in a dice game following the Crucifixion, an act that sets in motion a profound spiritual journey. Haunted by the robe's mysterious power and the faces of those he wronged, Marcellus embarks on a quest for truth and redemption. His path leads him through the early Christian communities, where he grapples with faith, doubt, and the transformative nature of divine love. This epic tale explores themes of guilt, forgiveness, and the enduring impact of a single, sacred garment.
