Description

Two rivals on the ice discover that the hardest part of winning isn’t the game—it’s trust. As a new season brings pressure, shifting loyalties, and the slow burn of something deeper, they navigate the gap between professional ambition and personal vulnerability. With warmth and emotional precision, this story explores intimacy, communication, and the courage it takes to want more than you’re “supposed” to want. Rachel Reid’s signature style blends sports-world realism with tender character work, delivering a compelling romance driven by connection rather than spectacle.
