Contemporary Fiction Romance Coming of Age

Description

Lucy Larson's senior year takes an unexpected turn when she lands at Southpointe High, a place she desperately wanted to avoid. Her carefully constructed world of ballet and aspirations of Juilliard is shattered upon meeting Jude Ryder, a notorious troublemaker with a reputation that precedes him. Jude, who resides at a local boys' home, represents everything Lucy has strived to keep out of her life, a stark contrast to her stable, albeit quirky, upbringing. Despite her best intentions to maintain distance, Lucy finds herself irresistibly drawn to Jude, realizing that staying away is the one thing she cannot do. Their burgeoning connection promises to be a force that challenges both their futures, as love becomes the very thing that threatens to tear them apart.
