Description
When Tank Girl's beloved kangaroo boyfriend Booga becomes an unexpected media sensation, he finds himself swept up in the glittering world of Hollywood producers and agents eager to exploit his newfound fame. Left to fend for himself without Tank Girl's grounding presence, Booga's resolve crumbles under the relentless pressure and temptation of stardom. Tank Girl embarks on a wild, globe-trotting quest to rescue her boyfriend from the clutches of the entertainment industry, delivering a twisted, irreverent take on Homer's classic epic. Blending absurdist humor with satirical commentary on celebrity culture, this graphic novel showcases Peter Milligan's signature chaotic storytelling and subversive wit. A riotous adventure that transforms ancient mythology into a modern-day cautionary tale about fame, loyalty, and the chaos that ensues when Tank Girl is separated from her kangaroo love.
