Description

Nine are home. Eight are gone. John Smith is Number Four, and he's next. Fleeing a deadly enemy from a distant galaxy, John and his guardian, Henri, move constantly, never staying in one place long enough to form real connections. But in the small town of Paradise, Ohio, John begins to wonder if he can finally put down roots, even as the Mogadorians, the ruthless aliens hunting him, close in. As his powers begin to manifest, John must decide whether to embrace his destiny and fight for his survival, or continue to run.
