Description

In a secluded Vancouver Island community, sixteen-year-old Maya grapples with a mysterious paw-print birthmark and an uncanny connection to wild animals. As strange occurrences plague her town, Maya begins to suspect these phenomena are linked to the secrets held within a nearby medical research facility. She must unravel the truth behind her unique abilities and the sinister experiments before her community, and perhaps her own life, are irrevocably altered.
