Description

Forensic anthropologist Dr. Temperance Brennan is called to a remote island off the coast of North Carolina, where a construction project unearths a disturbing discovery: a recently deceased skeleton amidst ancient burial grounds. As Tempe delves into the investigation, she uncovers a chilling connection to a local clinic where patients have mysteriously disappeared, and some have met violent ends. The case takes a dark turn, forcing Tempe to confront not only a cunning killer but also unexpected complications in her personal life.
