Description
In the beloved Redwall series, a young mouse named Veil faces a destiny fraught with peril and difficult choices. Abandoned by his villainous father, the fearsome Swartt Sixclaw, Veil is raised in the peaceful Redwall Abbey by the compassionate Bryony, who believes in his inherent goodness. However, when Veil commits an unforgivable act, he is cast out, leaving him vulnerable to his father's dark influence and a looming attack on the Abbey. Torn between the only family he's ever known and the blood ties of a cruel warlord, Veil must confront his own nature and decide where his true loyalties lie.
