Description

In a future where humanity has spread across the galaxy and robots with positronic brains are commonplace, Detective Elijah Baley and his robot partner R. Daneel Olivaw are dispatched to the isolated world of Solaria. There, they must unravel the mystery of a murder that defies logic, committed on a planet where humans live in extreme seclusion, attended by robots. The investigation forces Baley and Olivaw to confront the rigid laws of Robotics and the peculiar customs of the Solarians, where human contact is virtually nonexistent. As they delve deeper, they uncover a truth more complex and shocking than they could have imagined, questioning the very nature of human relationships and the boundaries of love and obsession.
