Description
After a devastating solar storm cripples the electrical grid and severs the nation’s ability to recover, America descends into shortages, lawlessness, and political upheaval. In Texas and North Carolina, determined survivors—including a former Coast Guard captain and other resourceful civilians—band together to protect their families, reclaim vital supplies, and aid those left hungry. But as a corrupt administration exploits the catastrophe to consolidate power and deploys mercenaries against its own people, survival becomes a fight for freedom. Blending post-apocalyptic suspense with military action and political intrigue, the novel explores resilience, leadership, community, and the price of resisting tyranny.
